2 oz Vodka

1.5 oz Kahlua

1.5 oz Whipping Cream

¼ oz Glossop’s Smoked Sugar Syrup


In a bowl, whisk cream until thick but not stiff. Mix in smoked sugar syrup. Stir vodka and Kahlua over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into sherry glass. Float cream over top, just to cover. Reserve extra cream for additional cocktails.



2 oz bourbon

¼ oz Glossop’s Smoked Sugar Syrup

2 Dashes Bitters


Combine ingredients in a double old fashioned glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Rub a piece of lemon rind around the rim, express its oils, and drop it in the glass. Garnish with a cherry.
